氧化管道主要是將空氣注入塔內(nèi)的泥漿池中,將亞硫酸鹽氧化成硫酸鹽,配套設(shè)備是氧化風(fēng)扇。管道是將漿料通過循環(huán)泵送到脫硫塔漿池區(qū),通過噴嘴霧化并分散,然后吸收煙道氣中的SO2氣體。除霧器的主要作用是去除煙道氣中攜帶的液滴,即去除水的作用。
脫硫劑的表面具有活性、催化氧化的作用之外,這種設(shè)備還可以直接地促進(jìn)SO2反應(yīng),使CaCO3的溶解加快,促進(jìn)CaSO3向CaSO4的快速氧化,使CaSO4的沉積加強(qiáng),并且還可以讓液氣比,鈣的比例降低,去硫,減少水的蒸騰作用。

In addition to the active and catalytic oxidation on the surface of desulfurizer, this equipment can also directly promote the SO2 reaction, accelerate the dissolution of CaCO3, promote the rapid oxidation of CaSO3 to CaSO4, strengthen the deposition of CaSO4, reduce the liquid-gas ratio and calcium ratio, remove sulfur and reduce the transpiration of water.
When the SO2 concentration at the flue gas inlet is higher than the planned value, the pH value in the reaction tank of the absorption tower will decrease, and when a larger Ca / S ratio is required, CaCO3 can be dissolved quickly without expanding CaCO3. Adding calcium ion keeps the pH value of the slurry within the normal range and has a certain buffer effect on the pH value.
